Posted : 8/12/2011 Comments : My dog Pepsi was 14 and had very bad hips and was just having alot of medical problems and we had to make the choice of putting me down. So my Vet ( I use to go to )doesn't let you in the room when they do that and I wanted to be with Pepsi so I called 5 Points and took him there. This is the most caring staff, they were there for us... And the compassion from the staff really helped us get through such a tough time. I would recommend 5 Points Veterinay Clinic to everyone. Deb Walenchok Posted : 2/28/2010 Comments : We have been visiting Five Points Veterinary Clinic for over 10 years. When we lived in Sheraden, my dog Jasmine ran into a tree and injured her hind leg. The only vet available at the time was Five Points in Hopewell. So we took Jasmine to be checked out. We were so impressed by the caring staff and treatment that we continued to take all our "children" for their examinations. When we had to put Jasmine done due to a non-treatable cancerous tumor, the compassion shown by everyone was reassuring, especially when we received a sympathy card. It is most impressive that the technicians know each animal by name and treat them with love, kindness, and compassion. I would recommend Five Points Veterinary Clinic to anyone looking for a compassionate and knowledgeable veterinary clinic. Buddah and Lucy adore everyone at Five Points and are excited to visit. During this time, the pet population in my home has included 6 cats and 6 mastiffs. Dr. Bell and his associates are professional, personable and thorough. Their clinical skill is tops in the field; yet, when they need to refer a patient to a specialist, they do so without hesitation. The health of their animal patients always comes first. If you live anywhere in the Pittsburgh area, this service is well worth the trip. Five Points has earned my highest regard and recommendation. A+. |
